ORDERS

We tried to create an ordering process as simple as possible! Enter your login details on the sign-in page of your account or create a new account if you are new user. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart, you can proceed to the purchase. Next, the total cost of your order will be displayed, and you will be asked to choose the payment method in order to complete your purchase.

In addition, you can order without registering! Just fill in your details when prompted at the end of your order!

The Shopping Cart works in the same way you would use it in a physical store. It contains all the products that you select for purchase and is the last step before your order. It allows you to track, add, and remove items, just like you would in a regular store.

To add an item to your Shopping Cart, click on the “Add to Cart” button located in the detailed description of the item. To remove an item, tap the cart icon at the top right of the web page and then on the “bucket icon” next to the item you want to remove

This is up to your order status. You can partly or totally cancel your order if your order has not been shipped yet. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to return the products to us. In any case, first contact the Customer Service Department +30 2310 55 25 55 or electronically via e-mail to the info@man2man.gr and you will immediately be served.

The Size Guide, which can be found in every product page, right next to size option, can help you check for the right size.

Once your order will be shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Unfortunately, there is not an option of merging orders.

PAYMENTS - SHIPMENTS - RECEIPTS

When your order will be completed and ready for shipment, we deliver:

Within 48 hours in Thessaloniki and all other areas of Greece if the order is completed until 12:00 a.m. of the previous day.

In all other areas, including those that are difficult in accessing, the delivery time can reach up to 72 hours.

All items are shipped exclusively via Speedex (courier), a trustworthy company.

Shipping costs 3€ for orders up to 50€ and plus 1.5€ for every extra kilogram over 2kg. Orders over 50€ have no shipping costs!

A. Via credit, debit or prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.

B. Via Cash with pick-up from the store.

C. Via cash upon delivery

Pick the payment method in the last step before completing the order.

The cost of shipping is 3€ and will be free for orders that exceed the amount of 50€. However, there is an extra cost of 2€ when selecting to pay in cash upon delivery regardless of the total cost of your order.

RETURNS – CHANGES

If the product you ordered from our shop does not meet your standards, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.

When you receive your order, you will also find included a Return Form along with the receipt for your purchase. Fill in the blank fields of the form and attach it with the product you wish to return in a safe package. Then contact a courier company of your choice to send back product/s and ship it to the following address: Man2Man, Egnatia str, no.46, P.C. 54625, Thessaloniki, Greece.

Once we receive and examine the returned product, our accounting office will proceed on refunding the value, within ten (10) business days of receipt.

We want all our customers to receive top quality products and for that reason every Man2Man product go through a strict quality control. However, if you find a defect in any of the items you received, please contact us by phone at +30 2310 55 25 55 or via e-mail at the info@man2man.gr. We will immediately inform our courier company partners to pick up the parcel from your place. In this case you will not be charged with any shipping costs.

We will seek to resolve any problem as soon as possible. We would like to ask you to include as much information as possible regarding the problem and we will immediately find solution.

PRODUCTS

There are several ways to search for a specific product. The easiest way to buy a product is to browse the categories in the top menu of the website, and then improve your search by clicking on specific product categories.

We know how frustrating it is to have “eyed” a product and when you go to choose it to buy it is no longer available. For this reason, we recommend that you move quickly and buy it before someone else does, because our most popular pieces are usually sold out immediately.

INSURANCE

All Credit/Debit Card payments are processed through “Alpha e-Commerce” platform for electronic payments by Alpha Bank using TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding the information until it reaches its specific recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
